7 steps to get walking,jogging,running


Here's the list if you don't want to watch the video. Tools you will need to prepare the night before: -Jacket (if it's cold outside) -Fanny pack to carry all of your things. -Walking/jogging shoes -Walking/jogging clothes -Comfortable socks -Comfortable underwear (jogging bra and underwear that doesn't ride up) -Hair tie -Hat to keep the sun out of your face -Sunglasses to keep the sun out of your eyes -1 tissue (in case you need to blow your nose) -1 small towel to wipe sweat if needed -Leash for the dog (s) (if they are coming with you) -Doggie poop baggies in case the dogs poop during your walk -Jogging stroller (if baby is coming with you) -Blanket, snacks or drinks for baby -Music! A walkman, a radio an iPod with fun music!!! Very necessary!!!! (earphones of course) -Optional (a pedometer or mile marker. You can download them for free on the iPhone-One like "Nike + GPS") -Small water bottle. -Anything else you want to carry with you.... Step one: Put all of these things in order and have them ready in the same spot every night before you go to bed. Step two: Plan your time. Set your alarm to wake you up 1 hour before you want to wake up and snooze it if necessary. Example: if you want to wake up at 6 am, set your alarm clock for 5 am. If you have a difficult time waking up, put the alarm clock away from you. Remember, you will need at least 30 minutes to get ready. So, if you want to wake up at 6 am, you will probably not leave your house until 6:30 am. Step three <b>...</b>
