I'm on my 5th week of working out on the treadmill. I do 20 minutes. At first I was just walking, but now I'm able to jog about 10 mins of the 20. At least I was. This week I did 25 minutes on two of the days, and the day after I could only do 15, and today I forced myself to do 20 minutes but I was only able to jog 1 1/2 minutes of it and I was dying after the first 6-7 minutes. Why is my work out feeling so hard for me now? (If its any help: I started with just 20 minutes because I didnt want to burn myself out. I'm extremely over weight and havent done any psychical activities in damn near years.) I'm watching what I eat as well.
