As in they happen together when you work out, right? I'm pretty much a dumbass when it comes to this stuff..though I'm interested in learning more about it. Does the muscle gain by taking your fat and transforming it into muscle somehow? Isn't that how fatasses that work out like crazy end up being super muscular? Okie so I think I understand this some more. Cardio work outs loose fat. Aerobic work outs gain muscle. Have a workout plan involving both, so you can loose fat, and gain muscle at the same time. thanks everyone!... read more
