OK So i'm 14 and i can't buy anyhting. and i can't go to the gym. and i only have one week to fit into my clothes If I ate healthly with no junk food and drank 12 cups of water a day or more, would i lose a lot of weight. i need some tips on loosing weight.(mostly on my thighs) please if someone talks about exercise explain what type and any secrets that will help me shed more pound. I know this sounds urealistic but i'm going to boarding school and i need to be able to wear my clothes. and one jean size too big and i only have a week i know it won't be healthy but i have no choice. all answer are appreciated Thank You... read more
