My diet is 1000 calories a day or lower. I jog/walk a little more than 4 km a day. I just started this yesterday. I tend to do this everyday untill I am fine with my body. I started training for xc on monday. Monday I did a timed 5K to see where I was starting at. Tuesday I did a half mile warm up, then a timed two mile.
